I got a Calyan Wax Co candle about 2 years ago (an apple maple bourbon type scent?). Among the 5 or 6 scented candles I own, I noticed that it was the one with the most noticeable (but not overpowering) pleasant aroma. I added this more forest-and-freshness type candle to my collection, and again, the quality really stands out. I bought a mini candle for a friend's birthday also and I'm sure she'll love it. In my opinion, these are just noticeably above average candles, and Calyan Wax Co's dedication to a good cause plus reasonable price ranges has me hooked as a loyal customer.
I love most of your candles. They are light and not too strong smelling. My favorite is Apples + Maple Bourbon Mini Amber Jar Soy Candle. I also appreciate that some of the proceeds goes to support putting an end to human trafficking. I really enjoyed the sample pack I bought first. I was able to try most of the scents before I bought a larger candle and did not like. Thanks for what you do.
I love this charcoal and sandalwood candle. I’m partial to earthy, natural scents - and this is one of the best!

When this series of candles came out, I had to buy all 4. I was interested in the fragrances, but also love the inspiration behind this series. The jars are beautiful and I prefer this size of 3 wick. Piñon + Woods is a very earthy fragrance. Although similar to E&E, it is very different. The crisp blue spruce is the forward note, which makes this such a fresh fragrance. If hiking in the north woods was a fragrance, this would be it. I will burn this fragrance all year round, and hope it becomes permanent. Thank you, Calyan, for making a stellar product, and bringing light to a dark world. 👏🏻
I just moved to a new house, and this candle is the first I’ve used since moving. It’s the perfect choice and has made it feel so like home, so quickly.
It’s a rich, comforting, grounding scent. I find myself picking it up to smell it even when it’s not lit!
It’s also beautiful when lit, because the warm glow through the glass shines through. I would definitely purchase another when this one is done!
I love this company! I love that the candles are made not only in the USA, but locally, I love that they stand for a mission and give it their all, and I love that they strive for excellence in making the best products possible and are always working to improve.
